CANVEA COLLECTS, ORGANIZES, AND VERIFIES CLIENT SELECTIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION START*

• Dedicated selections dashboard for clients

• Selections collected and approved by the client through a formal sign-off process

• Coordination review for design intent and installation requirements based on builder-provided design documents

• Identification of missing information, or potential conflicts prior to construction

• Budget alignment tracked against project allowances, with impacts clearly identified and communicated

• Identify selected products cost summary and basic order information (vendor details)

• Final selections packet available in both digital and printed formats

 

COVERED SELECTIONS

Interior finish selections including: appliances, cabinetry and vanities, countertops, plumbing fixtures, accessories, mirrors, lighting, switch & receptacles style, flooring, vent styles, tile, paint/wall coverings, cabinet hardware, interior doors with hardware, and trim styles. For each project/area a formalized specific list of selections will be generated based on the estimate and design documents.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Windows, exterior doors, exterior finishes, roofing, procurement and purchasing services, material management, and construction-phase site coordination.
